Rethink the corporate image of Doge’s Palace in Venice, one of the most important Italian museums

Doge’s Palace is one of the main landmarks of Venice and it embodies an extraordinary stratification of historical elements from both architectural and artistic perspectives. Art from remarkable painters of Italian Renaissance such as Tiziano, Veronese and Tintoretto is preserved within its antique walls. Architectural and artistic heritage of Doge’s Palace is immeasurable and find a visual syntesis is an extremely difficult task, therefore I directed my efforts on some distinctive elements on the external side of the palace.
Thanks to the iconographical analysis made during the research process, I picked out a series of colours that represents the museum. The final result appears simple and recognisable. The golden centre bring the luxurious ambient of Venice to mind.
